FLO Welcomes Two New GIS Technicians

Two new experienced GIS professionals have joined the FLO team—Elliot Frank and Jenny Elstrott.

Elliot comes to us from the Big Apple, where he worked as a GIS aide at the New York City of Transportation, honing his skills in spatial analysis, data management, modeling, and visualization. Elliot’s home base is FLO’s Seattle office, and he works primarily with our local government-sector clients. Learn more about Elliot.

Jennifer has joined FLO with a wealth of GIS experience gained from her work in the NGO, private, and utility sectors. She lends her excellent skills to a diverse range of projects at FLO—skills in advanced spatial analysis and modeling, geodatabase design and management, web mapping application design, automating analysis workflows, and cartography.
