GIS for Improved Management of Your Assets

During the presentation, you will learn how to:

  • Identify opportunities where GIS can improve asset management operations; use GIS products in asset management decisions; and proactively apply solutions to overcome your implementation challenges.
  • Create workflows for collecting and processing data, develop field tests for each type of workflow, and implement changes based on testing results.
  • Manage and maintain GIS program workflows through the appropriate allocation of capital and human resources.
