Now Working at FLO: New Professionals Join the Team!

Get to know the newest members of the FLO team!

Alison Guse, GIS technician, has a diverse background in GIS, environmental science, and environmental engineering.  She has served as project manager for several air- and water-related projects, most recently for an environmental consulting firm in Southern California. She is uniquely experienced with integrating air dispersion modeling data with GIS. Such experience cultivated a penchant for data, and an appreciation for creative data communication.

Tiana Tharaldson, project administrator, has spent most of her professional career managing projects and offices. Prior to working at FLO, Tiana managed events with tens of thousands of attendees, lead client engagement at a telecom and mobility management company, and learned all about wine as a harvest intern at a local winery. Having grown up in Minnesota, Tiana tries to be outside as much as possible, enjoying the mild Portland weather year-round—playing softball, golfing, hiking, or wine tasting.
